The customer service was excellent over the phone. The technicians worked quickly on my car, and I was able to leave within 40 minutes. The prices were also great, and I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a hybrid battery for your car.

Fantastic job replacing the battery within 24 hours. I asked for a quote and was immediately connected to a representative who provided a price for a remanufactured RX 400h battery. I contacted two other service centers, which quoted significantly more for the same service, battery, and overall work. Installation time: 1 to 2 weeks later. When the battery was installed and we rode with the technician, my husband and I were very impressed with how smoothly our old 2008 Lexus drove. If you're hesitating about installing a new battery in a well-maintained hybrid car, I highly recommend it. Our Smokey (our SUV’s name) is loving his new lease on life — literally. June 2025. Excellent customer service, they diagnosed my 2005 Totyota Prius, they confirmed a bad hybrid battery, Raymond was kind enough to give me a good deal on a battery w/a year warranty. Manuel performed a step by step instalation, and he even replaced a few missing bolts. A very serious n professional business. Don't waste your time n money on the marketplace and take your car to Alloy Hybrid Battery. Fully recommended

I was there on 12/7, early morning, replacing Prius C hybrid battery. Took them 30 minutes to charge and cost me $900.00 plus tax with 1 year warranty. I Paid by credit card. Very easy, very simple and smooth. I can come back every year.

I was very impressed with them. I took my Toyota Camry hybrid that the dealership said wouldn’t drive because of the hybrid battery. They said it was showing codes where it could be a transmission problem and that replacing the battery might not fix the car. They replaced it but unfortunately the car still didn’t run. They put the original battery back in and didn’t charge me. I would definitely go back if I had any hybrid battery issues.
