North American Van Lines

We’re not for my driver Curtis, my move would’ve been an absolute disaster. The two other people coordinating with me were OK, which is why I give this company a three star rating. I’m personally giving my driver the other two stars and then some. He was wonderful to work with.

The Redman Team from northAmerican Van Lines were excellent! Patient, professional, thorough, detailed and careful with my Mom's homegoods! Highly recommended!

We were told our items would be stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse. And we found out that they were loaded in the trailer and parked in the parking lot for two months! Flat out lied to us! We paid a significant amount of money to have this service!

An international move that was mostly good with some process annoyances along the way. The most difficult to deal with is the fact that no one could tell us when our belongings would arrive with a 2 week window, and then we are contacted and have a 24 hour period to be ready at the border to clear our belongings with the destination country. Personally I feel it is unacceptable and a delivery date should be given before belongings are picked up to allow for planning and coordination at the delivery location. A 2 week window is entirely too long. The move itself, meaning the staff at the pickup and delivery locations, was good. Friendly, efficient, professional people that were easy to work with, and these were two completely different teams of completely different offices. Our belongings were handled with care, and as far as we know everything arrived in the same condition it left. One unfortunate part of the pickup process is that, as much as we prepared a highly detailed list of goods as requested by the company and required by the border, the person managing the pickup decided they needed to make their own list. That left us feeling like we did something wrong or misunderstood the requirements of the list. Price wise this company and team were competitive and there were no surprises at delivery. There was a miscommunication related to the price during coordination of the delivery but it got resolved and ended up as the original price.

Had my move from FL to UT. I've used other companies in the past such as MayFlower, and United. Yet, North American Van Lines has been the best for interstate moves. I plan on using them in the future again. My only advice to North American is to make sure you're vetting every person that comes inside the client's property. My 12V Dewalt Battery is missing. Don't want to say someone stole my battery because that's a grave accusation, yet I'm missing it. Other than that, the crews were fantastic. Very grateful for their work and much respect to the whole entire team.

Our hired this company for our cross country move. I would not recommend this company for a lot of reasons. First, their packers didn’t label our boxes very well. Most just said decor so when we got them To our new home we had a difficult time knowing where things were placed. They also put all our electric tv cords in one box and that box showed up a week after our first truck. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t put the cords with the tv or electronics it goes with. They took apart our bikes and never put them back together. They put our cat tree inside an outdoor pot with a carpet over it. Their packing made no sense. The sales guy, Chad, we dealt with blamed his other colleagues for not communicating with us but in reality he just lied constantly about where our moving truck was. We had to constantly call him to get updates. We were told we could track the truck via gps and we found out later that feature doesn’t exist. It was an awful experience working with this company. Do not hire them and if you do pack your own stuff because packers sucked. The only positive was the delivery truck drivers. They were professional, on time, and actually communicated with us for updates.

Great service from Lennon and company. Helped us move schedules around several times to get to the right date. Crews on both sides were easy to work with and stuff arrived I. Good condition.
