I come here whenever I need my low beam bulb replaced or windshield wipers. The staff here is amazing! Justin assisted me tonight since my low beam headlight went out in my Lexus. I usually have my dad replace it for me, but he wouldn’t be able to do it until tomorrow night. :/ Justin came to the rescue and was able to give me amazing customer service! Right when I walked in, he was so friendly and helped me search what kind of headlight I bought last time so I could buy the same one. He replaced it for me in minutes. So awesome! Also shoutout to Benjamin aka BJ! he was not working tonight, but he has helped me numerous times in the past! He’s also amazing and very knowledgeable and so kind!!! I love the staff here. Keep doing an amazing job guys!

Great experience all around. Had a headlight out. BJ helped me find the right light and even changed the bulb for me. Will definitely be back!

I am very fortunate to have gone to this the second of two O'Reilly shops. At the second one, we were helped by Victor and Angelo I'm not sure about the second name. But they were both so helpful and so knowledgeable and really the only people who had an answer regarding my horn not working. Because Victor was so helpful to us I did not have to take my car to the dealer where they would have told me it was the worst thing possible to fix my horn! I am so grateful to those two young men. My stress level was lowered after Victor & Angelo saved the day. Next time I need an auto parts store I may just come down from Carlsbad and go to the one where Victor and Angela work cuz it's the best.

Victor helped me figure out and pick out what I needed for my first oil change. Super helpful in explaining each item and also gave me tips on how to do it successfully. Thanks a lot 😀

I called over the phone to get some stuff. Sarah answered the phone helped me out when I came in BJ gave me great Customer Service and knew exactly what he was talking about. Thank you for helping my day.
