Just went to the T-Mobile booth at Gateway Costco to upgrade my iPhone. Received great customer service from Sophia. She let me know about the great trade in deal right now for the iPhone 17 and explained everything to me very well and was patient when I had questions. As it is still a relatively large purchase, she was really great and noticed I was hesitant- suggested I take a walk around Costco to finish my shopping and stop on by after I took a minute to think it through. Really appreciated her patience and the fact that she wasn’t too pushy. Great service!

Don’t do it. It’s not worth it we’ve been waiting for our money for SIX MONTHS. Continue to call back and they keep saying "oh well just send it through escalation" or some shit like that. Genuinely so angry and regretting switching to t-mobile. AT&T is so much better about their way of handling customer service. These people don’t know anything. We’ve called multiple times and still have not received our money back.This is how they treat their military families. disappointing. ALSO service was only good the first week, afterwards it became SO SLOW, it’s basically worthless to switch to them.
the costco kisok is the way to go, i feel dumb for having just got new phones online last time. waived activation fees and $150 costco gc with a trade in/upgrade. thanks guys
