While the owner was friendly and helpful, the overall service was poorly done. I purchased and installed a new battery in 2021. The technician installed a battery which was too small for the vehicle and it wasn't holding a charge a year later. I had to purchase another battery - this time the correct size - to operate the vehicle. Arc Battery missed the correct size the first time, but didn't admit their mistake and I incurred needless costs at the end. This was an oversight which indicates poor attention to detail.

I love these guys they know what they're doing and they have really good quality products my batteries are great and I run a high-powered stereo system no light dimming no problems love it.

Always best to go to somewhere where they have all the right types of batteries of good quality but still great prices. Being able to explain specific requirements for things (like outboard motors) is very handy too. Al is always willing to explain the differences between battery choices.

You will not find a better store than ARC battery. I always phone in my orders and I often order 2/0 gage wire cables with connectors. They are always ready for me when I arrive and his workmanship is top notch. I have done business with ARC battery for 14 years and will never go anywhere else

I have been doing business with Arc battery for over 25 years. Cars, boats and RVs have been my longtime hobby and Al has always been there the right product. He has also been very informative about EV batteries and solar systems.
