COURTNEY the property manager the day I moved in was AMAZING. She handled so many simultaneous customers with varying issues with grace and an upbeat attitude. She was so helpful every time I spoke with her. The facility is clean and well lit. The A/C in climate controlled areas is running well. I hope they can repair the back gate to make access from both ends of the building easier. Otherwise, excellent!

Firstly, SUPER NICE STAFF! This is a review of the building itself. The day I moved in Sep 2025 is the only day I’ve ever seen the main entrance garage rollup doors working. Every other time they were either stuck open or stuck closed. Currently (over a year later) they are both permanently open with a janky fence they stretch across at night. Not good given the surrounding area has a lot of property crime. The elevators have had major issues too. On my move-in the elevator stopped between floors and trapped my moving crew for an hour which I had to pay them for. Other times I’ve had to use an elevator all the way across the huge building, because 2 of their 4 elevators were broken. The provided carts are always in pretty bad shape, and many are cheapo amazon specials which have broken and been taped back together. Too bad, its otherwise a nice clean dry building, easy to get in and out of. Update: The District Manager reached out and offered to cover the extra expense of the movers being stuck in the elevator. This was very nice and appreciated with no strings attached. I'm voluntarily changing the stars of the review from 1 to 3 now.

We run a seasonal market in the Seattle area and this is our first year. I felt that the staff at Public Storage on 15th Ave was incredible. Ryan was so helpful in assisting us navigating the process for a businesses rental. We appreciate their support and professionalism.

When I tell you that the property managers at this specific location goes above and beyond, they go ABOVE & BEYOND. Yeah the gates have been a pain the rear but the way I’ve seen these two genuinely take care of their tenants is amazing. If there was ever an issue they’ve always found a way to quickly resolve it. Ryan and Shalleena are the best and I am so happy that I had the chance to store with them. Highly recommend
