Excellent staff and amazing experience!! I had a very specific truck I wanted with some very specific features and Roy was able to get my in my 2025 Ram 2500 Crew Cab with 8’ bed in record time! While I know he didn’t control the manufacturer process, he was super up front with me about it and super helpful anytime I called or texted with any specific questions or concerns. At the end of it all I got the truck I’ve been dreaming up for the past 5 years and I could not be happier!!
Scheduled online, had same day appointment available. Dropped off, quick and very professional. Also they had a great price, Thank you! Happy Diesel Jeep owner
I guess I should have read the reviews before bringing my vehicle here for service. We had a great car buying experience within the last month so I trusted their service department would be similar. My car died and I had it towed to a place that said it just needed a battery, fixed it and it died again. So I had it towed to Heberts since it’s a dodge. I drop it off and they said it would be 1-2 weeks before they could even LOOK. Okay, I just need it worked on. One week later I get the estimate that is absolutely ridiculous. $400 to replace a headlight? No thanks. I’m planning to get a new car soon but wasn’t ready yet so just asked them to fix the bare minimum. They let me know it’s ready and I come to pick it up to find out they charge a 3% fee for cards?????????? I just paid $600 to replace a stop/start battery yall can’t eat card fees for your customers? Might as well set up Venmo or cash app if yall are down that bad. So unprofessional.
I would not recommend the service department based on my recent experience. Upon arrival, I expected to be greeted and asked about the service I needed, but instead, I had to search for someone. When I reached the counter, it was unattended. Eventually, a young lady took my keys and asked what I needed, but there was no further communication. After waiting for an hour, I noticed my vehicle hadn’t moved from the greeting area. No one informed me about the expected wait time or provided any updates. It appeared that only one technician was working, and loud music was playing outside, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere. I decided to retrieve my keys and left for Landers in Bossier City. At Landers, I was promptly greeted by a service member who was courteous and informative. He explained the process, estimated the wait time, and ensured my information was correctly entered using the Mopar device. I could see my vehicle progressing through the service line, and the environment was professional and well-organized. I even received a text from the service advisor offering further assistance if needed. While Herbert's Town and Country may have a strong sales department, the service department unfortunately did not meet expectations.
After making an appointment that was for a month later, which was told that’s the earliest appointment they have. Arriving and being told I would need to leave my truck with them so they could have the person that does the programming for the computers come which could be a week or more, I called the dealership that I bought the truck from made the drive, appointment found that it was an update that was needed , they performed it and off I went 2 hrs later. Service dept sucks, let me know several times you didn’t buy from them. Inefficient and laziness all around. I had to buy the truck from another dealership because the salesman never check up to make that sale. So we will drive 3.5 hrs and get the normal response to a customer who has issues with a vehicle.
Seems like this place sell lemon cars. We bought a used truck from here in May and there’s something goes wrong after another. First, it was the gas gauge, then the tire that we asked when we bought the truck and the sales man said it passed the inspection so it’s good but after few weeks of driving it we had to replace the whole 4 tires that costed us almost $2,000 which finding out from CarFax that it was recommended to replace them in August of 2024. After that, we had to replace the exhaust cause it was making a weird noise and now the ABS module that they say it’s been years that they know why sell a truck knowing there’s a problem with it that ya all can’t fixed? Called them about the ABS and they said it be ordered and have them overnight the parts but it’s been a week and haven’t heard back from them and every time we call, they say they’re 4 weeks behind so we have to leave the truck. What are we supposed to do in 4 weeks without a car? We bought go to work and we both need a car to get to work.
The service department absolutely sucks. I came on 7/12 was told they could order my part and it would be in that Tuesday. I told them I would come back Saturday 7/19 to get it installed. Came in was told the box was empty when they got it and they would reorder the part and it will be in again on Tuesday. So a wasted trip for no part. Jeep isn’t working correctly. They don’t seem to care at all. So just oh well type attitude. Will not recommend them nor ever use them for service again. Should have just drove the extra miles to Bossier may have been treated better. Just sad that they couldn’t at least call me to let me know they did not have the part.
