I'm very satisfied with Marc and the team at Brightway Energy. The whole process of getting solar panels for my house was very easy. It took a little bit of time to get it connected to the grid, but that was mainly due to delays on city inspections. Otherwise, the installation of the panel was very fast and professional. I am very pleased with the results. I have had the panels for several months now and I have not paid any electricity bills since. Not only that, I'm getting credits for the excess power I'm producing. I highly recommend the team at Brightway Energy.

Highly recommend! Marc and the Brightway Energy team were excellent from start to finish. Extremely professional and thorough, they ensured the project kept moving forward as efficiently as possible. The install was quick and there was no mess left behind. Now, we simply check the app to see how much energy the panels are making daily. We love our solar panels!

The team at brightway energy is fabulous. The start of the project of looking at the house figuring out the layout. Everything went smoothly. Working with the utility company. They handled it all, they were very professional. They were spot on when needed to work with the utility company. From filling out the forms to getting the final approval. The install team was professional. Great! Everything went smooth. Everything looks good and it was meticulous. I would recommend brightway energy to anybody. Again, they're a very professional attentive, worked great with the utility company and also got me everything I needed hooked up for the recs and the loan. If you're looking for someone to do solar, this is your team. The house these guys put the solar system on is over 2 hours from their main office. Brightway Energy has done an excellent job throughout the whole process of getting solar installed on my home. Jason was transparent from the start, and answered any and all questions that I had. They even squeezed us in at the end of last year during very high demand! The installers were professional and did an amazing install for us, we are very happy with how it all turned out.

We evaluated many different solar vendors and Brightway Energy stood out from the pack in terms of time to response, quality and transparency of the team. From the beginning, Marc was incredibly responsive to questions, provided a detailed proposal and helpful throughout the entire process. We ended up moving forward with REC solar panels and the team handled all coordination with our energy provider, town inspector and electrician. We held off on adding battery storage until the technology evolves a bit further, however we will definitely plan to reach back out to Brightway when we are ready to move forward. Great experience overall!
