Awesome great dry place!! My things were there for wet and dry days and no damage!! I had a couch and TV no bugs or cracks!! Will rent again if I need them!! Awesome staff!! Friendly and courteous!! Whatever you need then for they don't pass no judgment just helpful.

Very professional, friendly, helpful staff. Clean and temperature controlled units; you can choose an option that works for you. Reasonable rates, with promotions for first couple of months. Highly recommend!

Front Desk Staff on duty at the Evergreen Road location today was incredibly rude when I was inquiring about storage unit availability and leases. I had never rented a storage unit before and I was genuinely trying to make sure I properly followed EZ Storage's rental process. Unfortunately she did not answer my questions and instead responded in a passive aggressive and condescending tone. Her tone of voice also made me feel like I wasn't welcome in the building. So I ended up leaving the building and rented a unit at Southfield Road location instead where the staff was much more helpful.

Nadia’s customer service was top tier. She made sure to cover all important details. Signing up was quick and easy. Thank you

It was the cleanest storage facility I've ever been to with great security and lighting. The process to sign up was very straight forward and the staff were really nice.

I rented from EZ Storage in 2014 about 7 months then I moved out of town Stacy was Manager then, I needed a storage in June of 2025, I was treated so well by Manage Stacy I went and rented again Nadia and her co-worker are extremely nice and helpful when I need help or questions answered they are very skilled in the work. Upstairs units extremely hot. No fans or anything. Do not recommend in the summer time. Also pay attention to your contract. They are gonna try to book you on a price to get u into a contract then without telling you. Then boom outta no where they gone say your bill is readjusted and now you owe them some regular rate you didn’t know about. Probably double the price. So they can rip u off and recoupe the money from the other months. Shady business practices. Stick to the usuals public storage etc..
