Definitely will come shop again at this location. Both staffs are helpful and friendly. I don't know much about cars and I don't know how to change the battery, both night shift staffs helped me on this very cold day of the year, I really appreciate them. They both did a good job explaining things to me, answering my questions & concerns. They both take their time to make sure everything is good to go, so that I can drive back home safe. I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts yesterday to replace my car battery, and Danny was a huge help. He was incredibly patient and provided friendly, top-notch service. I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone needing auto parts or assistance!

I went in to have them put a code reader on my car cause the check engine light is on and the gentleman that I asked for help was very pleasant and helpful. He ran the codes, told me what was up, checked for my parts in store and gave me a printout. Nice customer Service.

I had excellent service from Malix and Marilyn—I needed to wait for a tow late on a Sunday night when it was below zero temperatures, and they were super helpful and kind. Highly recommend this location!

Talk about feeling unwelcome there! I was humiliated, insulted, and embarrassed from a kid named Alexander that works there… I have been going to the store for years and never once have I gave the impression that I am a thief! I know the store like the back of my hand, and since I told him I didn’t need any help because I know my way around the store I literally was stared at the whole time. This Alexander was standing there, staring at me watching my every move… When I asked him why he was staring at me like that he told me he was trying to watch my every move because I didn’t want help from him something I was never taught in customer service myself…. It was very embarrassing, humiliating and insulting! This kid has horrible customer service skills. He’s very lazy and unmotivated because I’ve had several encounters with him and his boss Marcos really needs to have a good talk with him… I will be taking my business elsewhere!

The employee at this store are polite and hard workers. They even go extra mile to make sure u get the product in need not what u thought u want. There is also a few soul that are good at Lexington store and n the worst O'Reilly's is on rice streets. Lexington do send used parts. ✔️ Buying is eazy but warranty and return is always an issue

Really helpful staff helped me with my dead battery, replacing it in the bitter cold. Two years later, I came in to check my battery in preparation for winter. It needed to be replaced, and it was covered under warranty. They found me in the system, no receipt needed, and replaced my battery on the spot! This is going to be my go-to spot for battery work going forward.
