I love 30 minutes away from this storage unit and I would have to drive past 100 other units but if I ever need one, this is the place. My bike broke down by the train track and everyone at this place was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. This place is clean with great customer service!

I love this place but the bathroom situation pisses me off !!! They need to have a bathroom. Open all day. It doesn’t matter if others abuse the power. We are using the storage unit all hours of the day. Not just when you all have staff! Especially as a woman.. this is turning me off about this place.

The wife and I have visited multiple storage locations for how relocation to this area; however when we visited My storage in Sarah and Alex, were extremely welcoming and friendly. They provided us a tour of multiple sheds and explained the benefits of each one. They were by far the best experience we encountered during this evolution and the customer service was noteworthy. They clearly set the benchmark for others to follow. We’re looking forward to interacting with them in the future. GREAT HIRES!!!

Decent enough for storage, but zero personnel and the bs they put you through when trying to contact them is unacceptable; especially on the day you get ready to vacate the unit. They don't let YOU inform them, they lock you out and you can't get what little you may have had to leave behind (loading space issue) without any way to recover it the same day. I literally had to go through this, leaving behind a box i needed for an hour. Couldn't inform anyone in the office (there's almost never anyone there) and no way to contact because you're no longer a unit holder.

Alex was amazing this facility is clean and organized. She was very resourceful and informative communicating everything the facility had to offer. We upgraded our unit size and were very pleased with her energy and genuine kindness! Best place in town we’ve visited.

Building may be 24 hours but having a single bathroom that closes when the office closes is silly. Parking is minimal, 6 spots for 300 or so units doesn’t make sense, not to mention 1/2 of those spots are always occupied but the staffs cars, golf carts for the staff, and the massive moving truck. Price increases seem to be common though all the benefits they tell you to move in decrease throughout your stay there. Stay Away! Office can only be accessed from the outside, if you can even find them in it, as they lock the door on the inside from the units and will just watch you pounding on the door. I cannot express how much this place goes above and beyond to be a pain in the butt and as inconvenient as possible.
