Ocean Storage - Suffolk

I needed to rent a unit just for a couple days until my new apartment was ready for me to move in. The Ocean Storage employee I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in getting me a great deal and avoid having to pay a full monthly rate when I was only going to be needing the unit for a week tops. It was incredibly easy to get my stuff in and out of the unit, and it was simple to open and close my rental arrangement. If I ever need a storage unit again, Ocean Storage will definitely be my first go-to.

I love my new storage unit and it’s been a great experience so far. The facility is very clean, secure, and well-maintained. Access is easy and convenient, and the staff has been helpful and professional. I’m really happy with how smooth everything has been. Ebony was a consummate professional at Ocean Storage from start to finish. She ensured our every need was met and went above and beyond at a moments notice. She is truly awesome!!! I actually left a yelp review because Brayanah and Ebony were so nice and helpful as well as knowledgeable. The facility is extremely clean, up-to-date and I love the security that’s set up. I also love that you can pull right up and use your code to get in instead of waiting for a sliding gate. The bathrooms are super clean and there are lots of different dollies you can use to help you get your things to your unit.

Ebony Hockaday was AMAZING! She provided efficient service, helped show us different units, and made it easy to help us come to conclusion on the storage unit that was best for our family. The facility is nice, clean, and in a great location
