Customer Reviews
T-Mobile has a rating of 3.6 out of 5 based on over 283 reviews on Google
I’ve been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 18 years, but my recent experience at this location was extremely disappointing. I wasted more than an hour at the store without getting any help. The manager was unprofessional and showed clear favoritism — he only seemed interested in helping customers of his own background, which felt discriminatory and unacceptable. To make matters worse, one of the employees refused to provide me with the customer care or complaint phone number when I asked. This kind of service is not what I expect after nearly two decades as a customer. I’m seriously considering switching to AT&T or Verizon after this experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this store if you value respectful and helpful service.
The card never worked, total waste of $50. I never got my money back. I was in a country without mobile internet at all, and only had calls for 5 days out of 30. They tried to blame my device, but with the exact same phone another person had full signal. Never again. Look for other companies!
I went to a T-Mobile store to trade in my iPhone 13 for the new Galaxy Z Fold 7. One of the reps told me that as part of their trade-in promotion, T- Mobile would cover the cost of the phone, and I'd only need to pay sales tax. That sounded reasonable, so I came back the next day ready to move forward. But then another rep told me something completely different. Even though l'm a new customer, he said I'd have to pay $1,200 down, and then finance the remaining $900 at $33/ month. That's a total of over $2,100 - which defeats the point of the "deal." By contrast, Verizon required no money down aside from the trade-in. They even offered me $140 in credit to help cover my first or second month, which helped lower my initial bill Plus, I get unlimited data and much better coverage in my area. T-Mobile's in-store experience felt misleading and disorganized, with two completely different answers on two different days. That inconsistency made it clear this wasn't the right move. left and chose Verizon instead - and I don't regret it.
Came in last week to ask for advice to upgrade my phone to a new one more compatible with T-Mobile's network. It's a shame I had to upgrade my phone at all, but the advice I received was honest, patient and transparent, so that was much appreciated.
I've been in customer service over 30 years But Qais at the Sunnyvale T-Mobile store shows that real customer service still exists. I told him want I wanted he called an associate Leo to help with my request I left with to New phone's T-Mobile internet and a lower price than what I was paying best switch ever. Glad I switched to T Mobile
This T-Mobile location is spacious, and the team is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. A special thanks to Jose for his assistance with my dad's new iPhone today.
I visited the T-Mobile store intending to port my line from Mint Mobile, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The store manager was not at all supportive and simply told me to contact the support team by phone to create an account. If the entire process has to be done online or over a call, then what’s the point of having physical stores? I was expecting guidance and assistance with the porting process, but instead, I was met with vague instructions and what felt like a refusal to help. This experience feels misleading and completely defeats the purpose of in-store support.
