First experience was great. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There are closer and bigger hardware stores near me, but I like the vibe of the store and staff. I love that they are closed on Sundays. It is worth drive and wait. This is definitely my go-to store.

Place is great, they have way more selection that I thought they would have when I first drove by. Locally owned and they workers are extremely friendly & helpful. I wish I knew of this place sooner, I would’ve avoided many trips to the chaotic box store down the road!

Entering the store I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of items they had. I went in to find a way to start growing vegetables, they had everything I needed, including already sprouting vegetables . The employees were very knowledgeable and helped me out A Lot. I will definitely be returning.

They have a little bit of everything. Great neighborhood general store, from gardening and animal feed to grilling and home repair tools. Really a great neighborhood gem. And the staff bends over backwards to help. What they don’t have, they will order.

When this use to be a feed store, I could come there on my bicycle and pick up a few things for my pets and plants put them in my backpack and pedal home. Now within the year of this becoming a True Value, I walk into the same store and I'm treated as a suspect, rather than a 10 year paying customer. Simply for wearing a $150.00 Osprey backpack, with a $200.00 fitbit watch, along with $200.00 Hoka Shoes while wearing a Specialized bicycle Helmet. All of which i paid for. But, I defintely looked like I was in there to shoplift, as far as the female clerk screening customers was concerned. Because of her rudeness, I do not feel compelled to return or spend my money in a business that represents itself as such.. There was a "local neighborhood Vibe" that was definitely lost with the old store. What a shame.

I love this local hardware store. They have everything I could need to fix my own rental/items/home. I have never seen such a robust lamp repair section! I will never choose the big racist orange place over this kind, local, helpful, well-priced local business. I recently rode my bike in and they were really accommodating to let me bring it inside. Speaking of accommodating, this place is SENSORY FRIENDLY as the music was not loud and the lights are pleasant (rather than harsh fluorescents in literally every other hardware store). Very glad to have a safe hardware store to frequent!

Good selection of stuff especially dog food we needed. Lady at the counter amazing as well as the other 2 gentleman on staff definitely be back
