I did a large back to school purchase for a title one school and had the best cashier. Although I didn’t get his name, I got a picture! He had so much patience and was so kind. Even when the system slowed down he explained what was going on and made sure I was okay to wait! Staples is my new go to for school supplies!

Had everything I was looking for but stock is low. Staff are friendly and helpful. Checkout is quick and easy. They use points when available and tell you if a similar item is on sale. The Amazon return desk is a great addition. So fast. So easy. I also pick up my online orders there and have returned a few when I got something that was not what I thought.

Don't believe the price on the shelf. I bought some pencils and saw erasers on sale for $0.50 with a regular price of $1.79. I was charged $1.99 for the erasers that I only bought because of the deal price. Jack should go through the store to confirm no more bait and switch prices are on shelves. Update: the same 5 Paper Mate mechanical pencils that I bought for $5.99 at Staples cost only $2.99 at Publix, which was my next stop. I went to Staples looking for an unusual size mechanical pencil and settled for what they had, just to find out that I wasted time and money when I could have gotten the same at Publix for half the price.

I made an online purchase of an ink cartridge at 6:07 pm and received notification it was ready at 6:14 pm. My husband was already out so I asked him to pick it up and he said it was less then 5 minutes in & out. That kind of service I like to pass on to others. I also got a coupon for a next purchase with the thank you email.

Very rude cashier took my Amazon return and he placed it in a giant box without even looking at it. I asked if he was going to check if the Apple Watch was in the box. He said NO! Amazon does not pay him for that. Then he printed a receipt for my return. This is the last time I deal with this store! No one answers the phone to receive my complaint.

Trinity is the best!!! PLEASE give them a raise!! She helped me last minute when the store was about to close and honestly saved my butt for an event. Thank you for printing for my Team!!

Went to the print center at Office Max and spent 30 minutes trying to print something off double sided, they couldn’t do it and what they could do was going to cost nearly $40.. Alyssa took 3 minutes to give me everything I asked for and it was only $16.
