I don’t normally leave reviews! I checked in at the gate at 4:50am for a 6am appointment no problems there. I am give a door at the gate get around back to find a truck still in my door. And two of the drivers leaving to make deliveries had pulled out dropping their trailers, solely because they didn’t do a proper pre trip. I finally get in the door at 5:30am and as I am leaving this review it 1pm and still in the door lumper was paid around noon. So make sure you bring lunch with you. The bad reviews are spot on very slow unloading.

Guard was super cool and sweet !!! ,and they have parking otherwise it was horrible! The Spanish lady in the office was extremely rude when she called me for my door assignment was yelling at me on the phone to wake up and said chop chop I arrived at 0730 for a 1100 delivery and passed out waiting for a door and had the nerve to yell at me for absolutely no reason then tells me to chop chop !? Yeah ok ... they took 3 hrs to offload about 6 pallets if anyone should being told to chop chop its yall ! What a bad experience everyone except for the lady guard was extremely rude ,unprofessional and straight up disrespectful! They need to take notes from the guard on how to treat others with a little dignity and respect it goes a long way especially for us drivers who bust our tail to make everything happen and on time I might add ,I feel that places like this need to be held to the same standards as everyone else practice what you preach!! That is all.

Easy access, clean place, very friendly staff, large parking lot ️, when you enter from the street you have to wait in a long line with a lot of patience to get to the security lady who is very kind and courteous , they unload you in a reasonable time

After reading all the reviews I was prepared to spend my day here. Had a 6am appt. Lined up at 445 out the door by 745. Easy Peasy. Plenty of room to back in, indoor restrooms. I'm Happy. I'd come here anytime. Edit: Oh, and as far as Kathy goes??! I thought she was VERY pleasant. I wouldn't wanna deal with a bunch of Truckers that cant follow directions either... ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️

Very slow process here. Checked in 1hr early for 0930 appt. Took 1hr45min to get door, 3 almost 4 hours to unload. Too many trucks makes it a cluster to get to dock doors & park in staging area. 3 stars because the staff are cool people, just VERY slow

Great place to pu/del. Only problem here is other OTR drivers thinking their time is worth more than mine and the thieves running CAPSTONE ($610, one pallet restack). Don't park on street leading in, there's not enough room. If you do and don't wake up on time don't expect to just pull in line. Wait until your truck is at security to try and check-in or we'll both laugh at you. If your appt is early, there's going to be US food truck in your door. Park and get check-in started. Vests not required but I'd wear one so you don't get ran over. Plenty of room to maneuver, no overnight parking but there is a bathroom and soda machine. Lots of parking within 30 miles at rest areas and truck stops. They count everything so it takes a while .

My order is always ready as promised! Staff always kind and prompt . Been dealing with these location for 3 years!! Like I said never an issue! My guy Matt is always helpful! My guy before him Elton..solid!! Thank you USFoods!!!
