We have had the best experience with Prothermal heating and air. Our utility bill has been the lowest in years. We stay so comfortable. My husband has Parkinson and we are both in our 70's. With very little income to worry about. This company takes very good care of us.we thank God every day he sent them to us.

ASAP heating and Air has been servicing our system for 5 years and they have been superior with their service .All the technicians are highly qualified and trained. We had Chase this visit and he completed a thorough check up on our heating system and tuned it up. We don’t have to worry about our system when we have it checked twice a year . They offer a twice a year check up service for an excellent price. We trust ASAP and have had excellent service . They now offer plumbing service as well so for a Berry reasonable price we will be having their plumbing services check and monitor our plumbing . Any plumbing or HVAC emergencies we will be ready with ASAP Heating & Air & Plumbing 24/7 Superior services !

Daniel did an excellent job. My furnace is old, and I was worried about turning it on without an inspection first. I watched him go thru all the steps as he was explaining them to me. My old furnace is in great shape! I recommend Daniel and ASAP for their service!

Alex in customer support was quick to respond, and very helpful. He sent Jesse, their duct specialist, out right away, on my schedule. Jesse was super professional, very thorough, and didn’t push me toward options he knew weren’t for me. He climbed into my attic and brought back narrated videos with all the details of what he found. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Brent has been out twice, once for repair and once for maintenance. Both times Brent has been so polite and explained everything along the way. Making sure evything was clear before leaving. We have had several HVAC companies out over the years, Brents expertise and level of professionalism was a comfort after having not so good experience with others. Thank you Brent.

It's always scary to have to call a plumber but I have had really great experiences with Clayton at ASAP. I have rental properties so I have had to call on Clayton to help a few times. Each time I call, ASAP and Clayton has been pleasant, timely, and very helpful in getting the job done correctly and quickly.
