I always have a great experience with these location of Home Depot. People are very friendly and helpful.

The folks that work at Home Depot are among the best at giving their full attention to the customer. When they ask, "Is there anything I can help you with today?" They mean it, and, if necessay, will stay with you until you're headed to the checkout line. Of course, not all experiences are equal, but I place high value on courteous clerks, when so many are too busy on their cell phones or chatting with fellow employees to have time to assist customers.

I bought some Behr paint at Home Depot on 71st near Broken Arrow, OK. A woman named Katherine helped me choose my paint color. She was exceptional! I came in with a piece of drywall where I had two different blue colors painted on them. I told her "darker than this one & lighter than the other." She pulled out a Color book and found just the right one. She mixed up a sample. I came home and put it on the wall. It was perfect! She’s amazingly patient and great with colors. I will come back here for future paint and, hopefully, get Katherine again.

Have been consistently receiving the best service here. I often have to order specialty roof systems. Each time my order has arrived on time or early and in good shape. I even showed up with little notice for loading so i could shop for paint.

I like this store. The clerk was helpful helping me find a product. So for so good. Two thumbs up. I went early this morning and rented a chain saw. I took a small tree down. The two men behind the counter did a great job assisting me with that endeavor. Saturday I went to this same store and bought a wine cooler. Very tough to beat Home Depot's quality of assistance for the costumer. I went back today and rented another chain saw. Excellent service The men who run the rental section do a great job.

The gentleman at the customer service were so helpful and kind to us with a big problem we had regarding a refrigerator ..Thank you to Cory, Matt and especially Blake the store manager..

No wonder Home Depot on 71st Street has excellent customer service. Shopping today for a specialty shelf board for a macrame piece I have done, I met Frank, manager of customer service. If all his employees follow his example of customer service, which I always had nothing but good customer service at this store, the whole team is a win!
