This location is well kept, very clean and very friendly employees. Lots of space and just a very safe storage facility. There are multiple entrances (most are car accessible) that allow easy access in and out of the building. Marcus has the answers to any and all questions related and is super friendly and approachable.

Marcus is a very kind soul and I appreciate him for being him and D is a very helpful and appreciated as well.

I just got a storage unit yesterday from the turtle creek location and experienced probably the best customer service I ever received from a gentleman named Marcus. I never write reviews but this man went above and beyond to help us including staying after his shift was over, taking us to our unit and showing us the ropes and when we noticed that we were on a second floor and asked if he could switch us to another unit that's ground floor he offered to actually come back to work off the clock (we obviously declined once we knew that there's an elevator). I mean seriously where do you EVER see someone do this these days? They offer a FREE truck to move and that saved us a lot of money!

Marcus is wonderful!!! and even with all the stress of a stolen truck he handled it great he even got me rescheduled. We all know that bad things happen.

Amy took such good care of us, always kept an eye on our 5th wheel.and golfcart. She treated us very well and went over and beyond what one could expect. We are looking forward to our next rental with Amy.

Marc is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew my way to my unit and how to get in. He made the move easy with offering me the use of the free truck. They helped me save hundreds. Osh was very nice and had a difficult customer while I was there and handled them with so much grace. Hats off to them. This place is great and it’s always clean. There is also bathrooms that are open even when the office is closed.

I have been wanting to rent since last year, unfortunately my moving situations and finances delayed everything Miss OSHA was there to guide me along the way if I ever needed assistance with the right size storage unit and price. Recently I finally had a chance to rent a storage that day the the driver I choose was impatient and I ended up leaving my storage in the middle of the hall way . Miss OSHA called the maintenance man . Marcus who opened up my unit to make sure my belongings were safe. I thank God for these two great workers .
