Fantastic experience over the past few months specifically dealing with manager Larry. However, all interactions with other staff just as strong, My visit began with attempting to replace under-counter lighting to match with others in the kitchen. It was far more comfortable Mo located than expected with multiple trips and calls to get it right which did occur. Super service and highly recommend.

It would be great if the Sunday November 17 personnel would just sell me the batteries I asked for instead of giving me this story about Reeses law and how they can't sell me a watch battery. 🙁

we needed some hard to find batteries (unique size/fit) and Batteries Plus Bulbs was able to get them for us.

Brought in battery one month out of warranty and failed. Employee would not do anything about it . You would think you company would help me out again it was one month out of warranty.

I have an old camera that belonged to my late mother and the battery had died. I thought I had lost the picture. BIG thank you to Tiffany! She was able to find a lithium battery charger, and within the hour, I had the picture! She was knowledgeable, kind, and very empathic.
