Not a great experience at all. The store closed at 7. We entered at 6:30, the registers were already getting closed out and the safety gates were being pulled down. We were trying to get some items printed in the copy center and we got so much help from Niah. She was patient and helpful. But two managers were trying to rush us out of the store before 7pm. We would have been done much sooner, if the copy machines didn’t keep malfunctioning and we had to ask for help. Overall, very unprofessional behavior from the store managers, even profanity.

An absolutely stellar employee helped me find the best solutions for my printing needs when I came into the store! A+ customer service and absolutely made my day I must say I do feel bad I didn't get the associates name but they were great!

I walk up to the counter and say good morning. The guy behind the counter said how can I help you. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. I then say I need to get this laminated. He told me it'll be about 10 minutes because the machine needs to warm up. Two minutes later at 9:10 he tells me it's ready. My DOT was laminated to the size of a sheet of notebook paper and it has a bunch of air bubbles in it. He did a rush job and it came out bad. I told him it has to be small enough for me to at least put in my purse so I asked him if he could cut it down. He told me they have scissors and that I can cut it down. The machine should've already been on since they open at 8:30 am. I walked in at 9:08 am. I asked for the manager. Steve came, I told him what happened and he was like ok ( basically he didn't care) and he had a sarcastic attitude. (NEW MANAGER ASAP) When I noticed it I started to leave not realizing that I had my DOT in my hand and I hadn't paid for it. Then the guy behind the counter that laminated my DOT license yells out you're stealing it. I look down and immediately turn around and go back to the counter to pay for it. He told me they were going to put a picture up of me and not to come back into the store. I said I'm not a thief and I make more than you do. Then I said you don't work here anymore more how about that. He then says he just got promoted and I said I don't care about your promotion. Then I repeatedly asked him 3x how much is it because he kept trying to argue? I paid the $2.63. He should've stayed home if he didn't want to work. The young lady that works there in the lamination side is always nice and she's never laminated my DOT license the size of a sheet of notebook paper. Office Max 3364 Princess Ann Road VA. Beach, VA

Here at 11:05 on a Sunday for 20 copies, I was told the copies would be ready at 3:00 pm. Went in at 4:00 pm, could not find the order, after searching just started the order at 4:05pm. Not good service at all!

Horrible service. Don’t come here if you can avoid it. Copiers never work correctly, employees agitated when asked about it. Then the manager Jesus, tells me I have to come back to have 4 pieces of paper laminated!, in an empty store, after being there for 20 minutes wrestling with their copier! That was the laziest, of the lazy.

I love this place they are all helpful except some of people. They always create labels which very easy and they never mention because they know how to take care of long term customers but some does not. Do you think putting 4 logos on one page which cost you 24 dollars for creating work:(((( I am so sorry such OfficeMax business, very very disappointing.

Not crazy about this location. I was in just to see what standing desks they had. Has an older gentleman follow me around. I was already leaving and then he kept saying, "We have 3 minutes til close. 3 minutes til close. 3 minutes." I got ya the first time. Probably won't revisit or buy from this location. I've always had positive experiences from OfficeMax except this one.
