O'Reilly Auto Parts

Didn't have to even step in the store to get disrespected. Called on the phone to get a replacement parts at 11:26 am on wensday oct the 15th. Asked the employee to please look up an order I had made around 4 months ago for a brake part. The reason I asked them for this is I just need the same part,but for the opposite side of the car. Figure this is pretty simple to do,since I don't know the part number,and I have had a total of 4 purchases from the store since it opened. Well,instead I get an employee that starts talking to me like she has to climb up a hill with a load on her back or something. I can't do that,I can't do this,what the heck can ya do then beside answer a phone and talk to the customers in a belittling way. Oh wait,it doesn't stop there,then she tells me to hold on and never comes back to the phone. I sat it down and put it on speaker and listened to music for the next 10 mins before finally hanging up and taking my business to autozone up the street. Figure if the manager is picking out these types of people,I might as well not even waste my time walking in there again. Update: To my surprise the manager of the store,Mr Bon,calls me on my phone and not only apologizes for his employees actions,he also let's me know that he talked to the employee about the incident and asked me if there was anything he could do to regain my business. I let him know that he had just done all I needed him to do. For anyone that thinks these reviews don't work,this is proof they do. Thank you Mr Bon,for showing me that you care about your customers. Look forward to doing buisness with you again soon.

Shout out to Bon the manager. Went above and beyond with helping me. Tire busted and not only did he help me with trying to find the right tool to get it off he actually came out after work and got it off for me. Was stranded waiting for a tow truck that never came for 5 hours. He’s the man. Thank you again

The guy named Christopher was amazing he helped me with my tire issue and told me what I need I highly recommend coming to this location for your parts thanks bro

Great service bon is knowledgeable about parts cars and other miscellaneous parts. If not is store will get it to the soon as possible. Will have my business from here on out

BON is the absolute best!!!! He is a professional gentleman, asks and answers questions, assists when requested and has a great sense of humor
