I’ve had such a great experience with Storage Sense. I worked specifically with Gary and he is very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions. The facility is clean, well-lit, and feels very secure with gated access and plenty of cameras. My unit was easy to access, and the climate control kept my belongings in perfect condition. I really appreciate how organized everything is and how simple it was to set up my rental and make payments online. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a safe, convenient, and stress-free storage solution!

The young man who signed me up was very patient and knowledgeable. I had originally reserved an 8x10 unit. After he showed me the unit, I realized it wasn't large enough. He was happy to help me find something that would work better and even suggested the most convenient location in the price point.

Storage Sense has some of the best storage unit pricing I have found in the Wake Forest/Raleigh area. They have good customer service and have met our family’s current storage needs.

Great rental experience. Items were safe and secured for multiple years

Not what I expected. Very poor service all around. Never a person on-site. Little to no communication after a lease is signed. This storage unit needs to learn how to service their customers from lease signature date throughout lease term. Plus-No carts are ever available for use. Have to physically carry my storage products myself or if I’m lucky, I "might" find a cart. There are only 4 carts provided to this facility and there are well over 500+ units. What a inconvenience!! #regretgivingthemmybusiness

I have been treated so nicely by all who work there. Helpful, responsive and all around great. The only reason it’s not a 5 is smells odd in there.
