Battery Warehouse is hands down the best in the area! Their customer service is excellent everyone was so helpful and informative, taking the time to explain my options clearly. They offered great prices and a wide variety of choices for my car, making the process quick and stress free. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism here. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and top-notch service!

Would 100% recommend this team for any of your battery needs. They were one of the only establishments in the Metro Detroit area that went the extra mile to accommodate my needs with a super quick turnaround. Big thank you to the fella at the counter and Jim for making this happen!

All I can say is this place is great, the best battery hands down I could find anywhere price wise. As far as quality goes we will see. But their customer service is by far the best, they had a heck of a time getting my battery out and putting the new one in but they did it! Basically the battery had been in there for a long time and the nuts and bolts were pretty rusty. I would make this your first stop or phone call when looking for a new battery. I mean I paid half as much as what the cheapest battery I found at the big auto chain part stores. For a brand new battery.

First of all. I want to say thank you do much to Mike & the older gentleman who helped me out this morning. I called several different places this morning, didn’t get a good vibe nor response from them. So I googled this business near my parents house & let me tell you morning but from the first phone call all the way to when I pull up to get my battery replaced. Mike was upfront regarding my old battery & took excellent care of me. I appreciate you & ur business. Job well done Mike. I’ll be back in the future

Well, at first I was going to walk out without purchasing anything because the batteries were out of my price range but, a sales clerk must have heard us from the back because he walked out, looked at the battery that I had brought in and then pointed at a group of batteries much closer to what I wanted to spend! That's why they only get 3 stars---the first clerk could have given me the same battery but instead he wanted to give me the over priced battery!

Worse place ever!! They told me I would have a battery on Christmas Eve!! for my car ,now they are not even answering their phones and I will have no car on Christmas Day!! Don't do business with them. Well you shouldn't have led me to believe that you would have it on Christmas Eve when you were clearly setting up for a party. And I understand your normal people but can we at least answer the phone at 9:00 a.m. to Thursday and move forward.

Great customer service. Went out of their way to order special batteries, confirmed the order was correct, called indicating batteries had arrived and loaded them in our truck. Outstanding. Highly recommend
