PODS Moving & Storage

As a home remodeler who has used PODs multiple times to store my clients furniture I want to give a special shout out to Noah S out of the Warren Michigan dispatch. He placed two pods in a difficult spot so we could maximize the space to work. This was after other drivers said it couldnt be done. Appreciate Noah and his willingness to work with me and my project manager.

Frank delivered the POD to us recently. He did an outstanding job. He adjusted the placement to exactly where we wanted it. We were very impressed. Frank was friendly and courteous. He was very professional. Brian picked up the POD a month later. He was careful in loading the POD and did a great job. He was friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have used the POD service. We will do it again. We would recommend this company to everyone.

My driver Frank called ahead of time about arrival. On time he, picked up the pod from my old house, and delivered it to the new house, He took extra time to plan with me how to position the pod. He made it convenient for me and Skillfully turned the pod around in the driveway, very respectful, very courteous. Frank needs an award!

Pods saved my move! They were fast with the drop off and transfer. Every driver had the skills! Antoine Gully gets the shout out because he gave me the QR code. And the fact that I could take my time to unload? Amazing! Cheaper than a storage unit, and it was just outside my front door. And the gimble mechanism is fun to watch, too. Thank you, PODS!

The Dropoff of my Pod went without a hitch! Frank delivered my pod quickly and efficiently right where I wanted it! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable to any questions I had! I hope he is the one dropping off the next two I have coming later.

My experience today with the first POD drop was smooth. Antoine was wonderful. I told him that another POD was coming today and he made sure it wouldn't block the sidewalk. He also made sure the POD would open. He was so loving to my grandson too, that means a lot to me. Antoine's a keeper. Thank you.

The driver who brought the POD container was professional and very personable; attributes I hope all your employees emulate. In fact, ‘Frank’ the gentleman delivering our POD went out of his way to make sure we got it on the date and at the time requested even though there was an error in the phone number shown on his invoice. In my opinion, it’s people like Frank qqwwmm Instead of tossing up his hands and returning the POD, he took a chance and made his way to our home! Once there, he introduced himself and skillfully set the POD down in a very tight area of our driveway. skillfully to unload the POD in an unbelievably tight spotand was a professionalWithout the ability to reach us he could have easily justified not being able to deliver the POD. But instead he showed up on time, skillfully delivered the POD into a tight area and made sure to verify the correct contact # before leaving. I hope all your employees are as friendly and as resourceful as Frank! Excellent experience from start to finish.
