U-Haul Moving & Storage of Washington

Wanted to give a 5 star to Taylor I spoke to her just now about renting and she has incredible customer service! Staff inside was friendly as well. Would be a full 5 star i would give just the rentals should be clean. I would give 1 star on the rentals the box truck we got smelt terrible and it’s soo gross I just don’t know why they don’t clean their vehicles absolutely gross, smells like a gross dumpster. Seats are stained dirt and discolored it’s so hot out and I refused to let that air blow on me in the truck yuck!!!! . Door handles was sticky couldn’t wait to get what we needed and take it back.

Service was excellent at pickup. Reservation guy was lacking in people skills. My heart sank when I saw the truck I was getting compared to others sitting on the lot. I got the most beat up and old truck with horrible handling and bad steering. I would not send any customers out with that to drive long distance. It served its purpose but trying to handle that truck was a nightmare. I would have paid a little extra for a better ride. Next time I reserve with U-Haul I want to see the vehicle or towing device before hand. The service professional woman who worked with me at drop off was so personable and easily made conversation.

I wanted to return some unused boxes and the attendant told us we needed our receipt which I didn't have. These are obviously brand new U-Haul boxes with UHAUL printed all over them. I said store credit would be fine but he refused and said no receipt no refund. Nothing on the boxes say this. I had to reload them into my car. Very disappointed

Went to pick up a trailer. Once hooked up my pigtail wasn't working. The woman at the counter was super helpful and had one of the guys come out to help figure out what was going on. He fiddled with some wires and figured it out in a couple minutes. They were both very helpful.

Customer service is outstanding!! All the employees here really go above and beyond to make moving the least stressful as possible. Truly appreciate their professionalism.

Very fast service even though they were very busy. Polite and professional could not be happier, they are awesome!

Called to keep the truck for another day and agreed to pay additional charges but they came and picked it up while I was at work with all my belongings in it and refused to give them back talking bout it’s collateral. I’m confused I paid yinz for another day and you come and pick up the truck 3 hrs later, very very very poor customer service.
