Very satisfied with the result. Richard in Cincinnati did a great job and great to work with. Drove a 12 mile in town drive to check mileage driving normally. Best before was 35 mpg. 160,000 miles and 17 years later.

Since I bought my GEN2 Prius in ‘07, I knew a day might come when my hybrid battery would give out Fortunately, it lasted to 210k! Along the way, I’ve watched for where I could source a replacement. Well, the day came, and Greentec delivered a great experience. From my first contact (800 number) through to the local representative, Richard, I had a really pleasurable experience. Everyone was polite, eager to try to help, gave worthwhile advice, and was well spoken. I really appreciated that. Richard especially was great at the concierge service. I’m now getting in the high 40s again, when I drive like an enthusiastic Prius owner SHOULD (haha). Definitely better than the high 30s I was getting on the failing battery.

I took my old battery from my Prius to the Cincinnati location. He changed out everything I needed off the old battery to the new one. Even came in a hour early to help me out. Very nice

Richard at the Cincinnati location was really great. I picked up a Prius battery from him and dropped off my dead one. I ordered the battery Friday night at the end of the day and he called Monday morning to arrange a time for me to pick it up and had the battery and paperwork ready before I arrived. So it was a quick process. He unloaded and loaded the batteries for me, too. Office was easy to get to and was clean and well kept. Battery is working great and the price was reasonable.

Richard was timely and thorough. Despite me being nervous and unsure of the process, talking to Richard made me feel comfortable with my decision. Besides that in the times we are in the price greentec offered was affordable and kept me from having a 3-5 year car payment. I can not thank Richard and green tec enough.
