MINI of Buffalo

Let me start out by saying I hate car dealerships. Nothing but bad experiences, I always felt like vultures were waiting to devour my carcass. Well today my faith has been restored at West Herr - Mini of Buffalo by one sales person, Alan Reszetucha. This guy has a great personality and knows how to treat a customer like person. I consider my reviews important, I know someone will read it. That being said, without any reservations I highly recommend this dealership and above all Sales Consultant, Alan Reszetucha.

I called 2 days ahead and made an appointment to see a car to get there and them tell me it would be 45 minutes they had to go get it from somewhere else. There were employees everywhere not one person greeted me or asked if i needed help when i walked in. There are cars for sale everywhere find one some where other than this place!

I just wanted to say that I've always had a good experience here, and I've been using Mini of Buffalo for quite a while. From one side of the street, to the other, and back. Alan R. from sales was very helpful, and accommodating. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We were so excited about our 2019 Toyota Sienna from Towne Mini, but the excitement started to fade when we picked it up and it had obviously not been cleaned inside. My husband specifically asked them to buff out some scratches (which they did an amazing job at), and to detail the interior. Besides previously being a professional detailer, we're in the middle of a pandemic!! Alan felt embarrassed about it, but the detail guy had already gone home for the day. He was really nice and said he would clean it while we were doing paperwork with the finance guy, Mike. As we were wrapping up with Mike, he said "no detail guy is happy with another detail guy's work." What?!!? It was DIRTY! So unprofessional. He made sure my husband's mask was over his nose but wasn't worried about giving us a clean car. After getting home later that day we realized we'd been driving around without the registration sticker, they forgot to put it on and had to drop it off at our house. My husband noticed the brake pedal was pulsating, but we got a good deal on the van, and although he was annoyed he just replaced them and the rotors, which were warped. We thought that's where the problems would finally end. But no... my husband takes the van through the car wash a couple days later and water started POURING in the back window. They agree to fix it, so we bring it in for service at Northtown Toyota, they replaced the trim all around the hatch. When they tested the solution, they found that the water was still getting in. Turns out someone tried shoving something in the back and slamming the hatch down and actually bent the frame. Super frustrating, but WE'RE UNDER WARRANTY right?! Well... it didn't mean much since Towne Mini said they can't take care of it and they're NOT GOING TO. We bought this van 15 DAYS ago. My husband used to RUN a small car dealership for over 10 years and knows how things are supposed to operate. It's not like this
