Office Depot

This is a review probably more about corporate....Did a return there that took forever, their equipment is very old I think. Are they planning to close this location? No investment in it. They need more staff too, they do have a few people working but there are a LOT of customers there. Employees very polite and as helpful as possible.

The employees could have cared less about answering my question or exerting any effort whatsoever to help me find what I came looking for in the store. I took it upon myself to go back to a display and hunt it down. They were both shocked to find out they had the item and didn’t say anything like "oops we should have tried to help you find that". The team at the Lockport store goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. This was the polar opposite. I’m giving 3 stars only because I actually was able to find the adapter I needed and didn’t have to order or drive anywhere else. 1 star for the employees on shift tonight.

Indian guy behind the print counter had absolutely zero interest in helping me. Said he doesn't do anything that isn't a drop off and he couldn't help. Legit was sitting and doing nothing when I walked in. Go to a different store they could care less here. Main st williamsville location

Went in to make copies today 8 -25-2025 , from my email to print at the copy machines, and ask a few employees for help two were very helpful and the 3rd was nasty and rude ,she was heavy set with curly hair and glasses wearing a COVID mask at the front check out counter I asked for help from her a few times and every time I did she started to throw boxes and kick them and after I thanked her for helping,her response was nasty "Somebody had to deal with you " she said in a nasty voice , never will I go there again , after the blanted disrespectful attitude of that employee,I call the manager and she was very passive and pretty much blew off my concerns in regards to complaining about the front cashier being extremely rude and hostile , throwing a temper tantrum like a child for people asking for help .if you can't do your job and be professional to customers and throw or kick objects and make rude statements then you probably shouldn't be allowed to be around customers , no business ethics at all.

Staff unwilling to help with a simple print file even after requesting help. Girl sitting at counter looking at phone unwilling to help. I attempted to use the machine with a connection issue for 5-10 minutes and just left. No help at all

Wow what an awesome customer service experience, greeted at the front door with a smile guided to the furniture section. Then introduced to Bethany in Furniture, who is patient and kind. Showing me all my options. But then went up Bob and beyond by helping me load this giant desk into the back of my car. Customer service is what makes company successful, office depot has it made because of great staff.

This store is a rip off. They send you coupons and when you want to redeem them they give you a list of excuses why you can’t use them. They offer a Veterans discount and again a list of excuses why you can’t use it. About the only thing they’ll give you a break on is a pen or a sharpie and I’m not sure of that. These people act like they don’t like customers. I bought a printer and a toner kit and then I was overcharged by five dollars. I will never go back to this rip off store again. From now on I’m going to BEST BUY. Good honest people.
