Bob has always taken great care of me, and Mark—the owner—continues to go above and beyond. Most recently, our pontoon boat had an issue. Mark and his team didn’t hesitate—they quickly came out, picked up the boat, diagnosed and fixed the problem, wrapped it for storage, and delivered it right back to our property. That kind of service is rare these days. They consistently go the extra mile, and it shows. As a longtime customer, I truly appreciate the personal attention and professionalism. 5 star service. I bought our boat new from USA marine about 10 years ago. It was a great experience and we’ve used them for all our annual service and storage needs as well. This is where USA Marine really shines. Bob and his team are top notch in every way. They’ve guided me thru keeping my boat running great year after year. I recently had my first issue with my boat. Bob and team made it a priority to get it fixed and I had my boat back in the water in two days. Amazing service that’s hard to find these days.

They offer great service and answer any questions you have. We had an old engine and they were able to upgrade us to a new one and did it in a very short time. I have a 1998 Mercury 200 EFI that was not performing well. Lousy hole shot, slow top end etc. 3 different mechanics told me that the motor was tired and to change the prop from a 25 pitch to 21. Reluctantly I brought it to a fourth mechanic Bob at USA Marine. I told him about the issues, he brought it in for a look and found numerous problems from past sloppy work. I’m ecstatic to say that my boat now jumps out of the hole and performs flawlessly. What a difference a competent mechanic that is proud of their work makes. Thank you Bob and USA Marine you have a customer for life!

Our boat was stalling out on Sunday. It was basically the end of the weekend so no big deal. I called USA marine on Monday morning and arranged for them to come pick up the boat Tuesday. They fixed it on Wednesday and then dropped it back in the water on Thursday. I took her for a spin and she is running great. Now it’s Friday morning. Now we’re looking at another weekend on the water with 80 degree weather with no humidity. I can’t thank these guys enough. Well done!

Ever since moving to the middle of Massachusetts, where we live on a lake, we’ve been using USA Marine Inc. to handle our 17-foot Bayliner boat for the last few years. Their pickup, service, and maintenance of the boat have been excellent. They take great care of our boat, keep us updated throughout the storage process, and address any concerns we may have.
