The young man that helped me at the office today was AWESOME!! He went over and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. He helped to put my mind at ease. I was concern that I would have to walk through a maze to get to my unit but help he understand the direction that I needed to go was not far from the elevator. I could not have asked for a better representative today.
