In February 2025, I purchased the Honda Prologue, encouraged by high praise and promises about the vehicle’s performance and convenience. However, less than 24 hours after taking ownership, I realized the car was not suitable for my needs—especially as a parent to a 1-year-old child. The process of charging an electric vehicle with a young child in tow has proven to be extremely inconvenient and impractical. Especially depending on the temperature of the weather. Shortly after purchase, I encountered a serious issue: the vehicle’s audio system stopped working completely, and I’ve been facing other issues with this vehicle. I have been driving without any sound—no stereo, alerts, or notifications—for over 3weeks now. I reported this issue promptly, but despite numerous attempts to follow up, I have been repeatedly ignored. I’ve left messages with multiple dealership associates who either failed to respond or promised to call back but never did. The customer service at this location has been the worst I have ever experienced. Over time, I’ve received no real assistance or resolution, only frustration, broken promises, and delays. This has caused me considerable stress and emotional distress, especially given the time-sensitive needs of caring for a young child. Overall this is a safety issue for myself and my family as I continue to use this vehicle on a daily basis. At this point, I feel completely dismissed as a customer. I am deeply disappointed and will be escalating this issue by contacting Honda’s corporate office to report the unacceptable treatment and lack of support I’ve endured.

Everything with the dealer was amazing my whole experience on buying my first new car ever!!! Mae helped me through the whole process and made buying a car quick and easy and made it soo simple its the 4th car in our family that we purchased with her, all around amazing experience and Jon in finance made everything quick and easy and explained the lease top to bottom got the point across to my understanding. I was so excited my car was ready in the matter of an hour after signing everything and transferring insurance and plates was quick and easy they get 6 stars in my book thank you all so much.

Went to Yonkers Honda to get my son a leased Honda HRV. He recently graduated from college and is starting a job in September. I inquired about him getting the vehicle in his own name and thought it would be impossible. The team at Yonkers Honda was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire process. From the salesman, Juan, to the sales manager, Rich, they made it very simple and straight forward. In the end, my son leased a 2026 Honda HRV Sport and was able to do it on his own. The deal was so good, I actually got one for myself at the same time!!! If you’re looking for a no games played, straight and to the point experience, you should definitely go to Yonkers Honda. This is my first google review, but I felt it was necessary for the above and beyond service I received from Yonkers Honda.

Today was the day I walked in to Yonkers Honda with my hubby determined what I want and what I’m going to go home with the most beautiful young handsome man greeted us Hairon Peña and from there I felt the vibe this young man working hard I know he didn’t know what he was dealing with but of course I have a big mouth told straight forward what I want and what I can absolutely afford I know I’m difficult but I was determined anyway today was the best day he wrote down everything I asked for showed me his suv spoke to his manager I really dumb not getting his name anyway between him and his manager got the best deal Honda hrv lease our first time ever thank for ur support appreciate Honda dealer and there employees I have a old mental husband who will be driving home with his new Honda Hrv tonite so amazing appreciate and support young men and women on there hard work called my my big entire family to come buy cars definitely best place to shop will be back thank so much u made my day today one happy customer

I'd been shopping around for a second hand car for a few months and really struggling with other Honda dealerships in the Tri-State. The typical bait and switch/gotcha with the cost. Yonkers Honda was a breath of fresh air. Straight forward, honest, and helpful from start to finish. The trade in price we got for our old car was very fair.
