Since I have found this company, they have supplied all of my 12v DC supplies and they respond to all of the silly questions I have through their service ticket option. Prices are reasonable but you pay for what you get and I have found theirs to be just right. And their delivery shows up very quickly for me in SoCal.

Powerwerx is synonymous with excellent products and super fast shipping! In amateur radio we put a lot of money into our transceivers....why by less quality cables and connectors when buying for Powerwerx assures us that our kit is safe.

This is a very reputable company. They make great products and have excellent customer service. They answered my questions and it was clear they are highly knowledgeable. They made a custom cable for my LiTime battery box, which has M8 (8mm) terminal connectors: Left Connector: 45 Amp Red/Black Powerpole Connector Cable Type: 10 gauge Red/Black Bonded Zip Cord, 2 ft. Right Connector: 5/16" Gold Ring Terminals All their products are high quality and fairly priced. They constructed it with high quality and shipped it out to me fast. I am very pleased with their excellent products and recommend them highly!!

Sold me a defective product and expected me to pay for return shipping of it, even after the manufacturer of the product informed Powerwerx there was a known issue with the product! Customer support was very unsupportive and could care less what the manufacturer said. Very dishonest company...shop elsewhere... Powerwerx's response is nonsense and exemplifies their dishonesty. They know that's not the reason I disputed paying for return shipping and is just a feeble excuse to get out of honoring their defect policy. Manufacturer of the product agrees with me and would not have informed them with a description of the defect, along with pictures of the defect that matched the pictures I sent in, if an issue didn't exist. They're also upset that I disputed the charge with my credit card company and won't accept a return now even if I agree to pay for shipping! Nothing has changed - still a very dishonest company.

Fantastic quality connectors for my Astrophotography setup. I had a connector crimp fail around 5-6months after purchase, and even though it was outside of warrantee, they went ahead and replaced it - all I had to pay was shipping. Very happy with the quality (aside from the early fail) and customer support.

Richard helped me with a warranty issue and got a new radio on the way, great customer service! I was reccomended to buy from Powerwerx for the customer service alone. I will be buying all my radio items from them!
