Black Series trailer is an experience outside the realm of typical camping trailers. I’ve owned several big brand toyhaulers. The functionality, layout and structural build quality of Black Series is unmatched. The ability to cruise past typical camp locations with confidence is key.

Horrible company horrible product couldn’t care less about their clients. Save your money and buy a more expensive unit. That’s actually well-Engineered rather than just hyped up from sales and social media. Had a friend that had a major issue after a week of being stranded got some help through a dealer and they sent them used damaged parts and made them get it fixed themselves run away from this brand!

I was skeptical on purchasing my 2022 Black Series HQ17 at first because of their reviews, but I’ve been well taken care of. We bought the 2021 HQ19 and have lived in it full time for 9 months now and LOVE IT. We have had very few problems and I think it's because we live in it - we don't store it in high temperatures, but we use it every day. We can tell that it's built tough with thicker walls than most rv's using good supplies such as piano hinges and two gas struts on the cabinets rather than just one. We needed a few replacement parts and the company was quick to have them sent out. I feel confident that they would address any issues that may occur in the future. I really enjoy the YouTube videos that give maintenance information. If you buy one of these, be prepared to entertain others because strangers often want to hear and see about this unique machine. No rv is perfect... but this one is perfect for us. If I had it to do all over - I'd still by this unit. I've not found anything better.

We were considering buying a black series trailer I liked the features and the style of the trailers BUT seeing after how this company dose business we are going with another brand. How irresponsible to charge rent on trailers that were abandoned. And then claim no responsibility for the act as if our country isn’t dealing with enough. Taking advantage of homeless and people who are in need sure is low airstream here we come !
