Brigham arrived as scheduled. Very pleasant attitude! Identified faulty flame sensor. Able to source the part, pick it up and install in the same day. Amazing Service! I had an excellent experience working with Brigham Lessard. He is very friendly and did a great job informing me about the whole replacement process and pricing. An animal chewed up the insulation tube on our AC, and he came out and fixed it super quick. The whole process was easy, affordable, and stress-free. Definitely recommend him if you need AC work done!

I got three estimates before I selected CABS for my AC/Heater replacement. Their price was $2000 cheaper than my other estimates. I signed the contract on Friday, and they arrived on Monday and completed their installation in a single day with a three-man crew. The lead technician, John Keonouanesy, explained to me what they were doing throughout the day. He also accommodated my requests to move items I wanted to save into my garage. When the installation was complete, he cleaned up the installation site. I was very pleased with CABS and the professionalism of their employees. The CABS folks did a great install for my gas furnace to heat pump conversion. They helped me pick a high efficiency cold climate heat pump that forgo the need for electric heat strip and an extra 240V line, which basically offset the cost of the high efficiency system. Joe the main guy was very knowledgeable and did a load calculation during the pre-install visit, which is a step a lot of people skip. The price was very competitive and they did all the paperwork for incentives. The CABS dudes arrived on time and finished in a day. Will definitely recommend.
