I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding job CAP did on my garage flooring project. I was blown away by the final result as it exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My salesperson Cam was truly a pleasure to work with and he was ultra communicative throughout the entire process. Everyone I interacted with seemed to be knowledgeable, professional, and always able to answer any questions I had. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping me choose the right product and company for my refinishing needs. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the level of customer service that I received. I definitely recommend CAP Concrete Coatings to my family and friends.

We have a nice large back patio that we use a lot for BBQ or just hanging out with family and friends. When we purchase our home 12 years ago the patio had green indoor/outdoor carpet glued to the cement. When we removed the carpet we found green paint, lots of cracking and chips. We have made many improvement to our backyard and have it looking so nice....except for the green patio. I saw an add for CAP Concrete Coating on the TV and told my husband we should call to see if they can help us. I called and within a couple days Christopher was at our house taking measurements and explaining their product to us. Then came the big question "How Much"? We were very surprised that the cost was so reasonable. We said sign us up! The crew was here and got the project done in one day. The crew was very nice and explained the process as they went. Our patio looks Beautiful and now our backyard is complete. I would and have recommended CAP Concrete Coating to family and friends. Thank you So Much, Laura and Paul K

I've held off for months prior to submitting this review in hopes that they would make things right. Sadly, they have done absolutely nothing to address my very simple concerns. 1) They overbilled me multiple times upon finishing their work. The first invoice was overcharging $700. I brought it to their attention and they adjusted it down, but still overcharging $500. I corrected their accounting errors again and they left it at an overcharge of $277.83. I asked them to show me how my math is wrong & they said they couldn't. 2) They spilled product on my driveway & when I asked them about it they said it was cleaner & it would wear off. It's been almost 4 months and there's still a big stain that will not go away. Because it's product and not cleaner! 3) All the seems in the concrete have product between them and look great, except for one right near the main entry. When I brought this to their attention they said they would schedule someone to come take care of it ~ now they refuse, and say that it's just that way. There are about 8 total seems and one of the eight just happens to be unfinished, but it's "just that way" What? I've requested these three simple items to be handled and they refuse to provide service. That's all I'm asking. It's pretty sad that they don't care enough to make it right. Beyond that... ~ Their brochure says "Factory Trained & Certified Installers" the young guy operating the equipment had to be shown by the supervisor where to plug the vacuum hose into the surface grinder. ~ They arrived on time but not one of them (2) young laborers and a supervisor cared enough to look me in the eye to say good morning, offer a handshake or introduce themselves or even discuss the process. ~ The salesman said that they could grind down an area to provide better run off. This information was not passed on to the installers and they put in no effort to address my concerns ~ Unlike most construction businesses where there is a leadership team with an owner, manager, project manager, laborers, etc... Nobody seemed to handle my concerns, it just got passed from one person to another, no emails come from the same server. It just started to feel very unprofessional. Like I said, I've waited for months to post my review, I've tried to get this resolved but they have done absolutely nothing. I'd hate for anyone to experience what I've gone through. 10/22/2025 Update What do you mean, "Pay my bills"? You were paid in full (plus the overcharge) 10 days after "completion" by the lender. Now that the lender has been notified of the situation, they have froze the account until a resolution is reached. There are no unpaid bills. Sadly, it's not surprising that you would make a false statement. I too, am happy to share further details of this specific situation.

Great experience with CAP Concrete Coatings! The installation crew was very professional and got the job done in just one day. Picture do not do justice to how nice it makes my space look, and walking on the floor you can tell it is commercial grade quality. Thanks CAP for help making my garage pop!

Gary and Jayden did a great job on our garage floor. 1st they had to deal with removing the botched work of another contractor requiring additional prep and ingenuity. These guys were tireless in their efforts. A wonderful company with wonderful dedicated and detailed employees/ team members. We are not only completely satisfied with their work and the product we are grateful to have found a company/ contractor who does exactly what they say they are going to do and complete the job in a timely manner at the stated cost. Cap concrete coatings is the best company ever. The whole team is so talented and helpful. Why I gave them five stars is because they go up and Beyond to make sure you’re happy.

This is the 2nd coating project we have had done. Cameron Wilson and crew Ethan and Alex were awesome. They did a great job all the way thru the meet, quote, completing the Job process. Highly recommend them! Huge transformation and now our floors look brand new and modern.
