They did our entire house for a remodel and it was a mess. They wired one of our ceiling fans backwards, so the low setting button puts the fan in the fastest position. After just a couple of months, 7 of our 9 ceiling fans stopped working. We are calling a different company to fix everything because we do not trust them to come back and do the job correctly.

Carolina Electrical Services help with two wall sockets replacement, Eric was the tech that came . He was very knowledgeable and polite. You can tell he is a true tech not afraid of his job. Ask for Eric and Use Carolina Electrical Services you wants be disappointed.

The work that was preformed was done and done correctly. However lets talk about the timing and pricing. Was told the job would take an 1-1/2 to do with 2 guys 87.00 an hour with a 30.00 trip charge. So the day before I receive a text saying they men would be here at 9:00a. Showed @ 11:00a said they were double booked. So they wired what needed to be done and were gone before 12:30. I tried to pay them and they said no they will send you a bill. So I get the bill you guessed it charged for 2 hours... So I call the same guy (Chris) that gave the estimate. He said he was giving an estimate over the phone and couldn't know how long it would take.. When I told him I had a stop watch he admitted that they were only there an 1-1/2 but wouldn't adjust the bill.. Try to call the owner Ken A his extension 209 doesn't work. Go figure... I sent a check for the 1-1/2 hours that was agreed before and agreed it took plus the 30 trip charge. My guess is I haven't heard the last of this company... Read the reviews FIND SOMEONE ELSE

My thanks to Carolina Electrical and to highly talented electrician Randy Page for a super job in removing our existing kitchen ceiling lighting (two basic flush mount lights), and replacing them with four 6" recessed lights and adding two pendants above the countertop. And for installing three 52" Hunter ceiling fans plus a whole house surge protector to the main power panel. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work performed and the low price we paid.

Carolina / Metro-Electric is now my "personal electrician !"! I had quite a long list of electrical "to do's". They arrived on time, went through the list with me and I was impressed. With my home being purchased only a couple years ago, the guys even chased down a couple improper issues and fixed them. The prices were fair and they left my home as clean as they found it.
