We sold a home up North in one weekend. We had 2 months to make a complete move South and it was only possible with the Chesapeake Homes team at Heritage Park! Tracey connected all the dots from answering our questions, sharing photos, accommodating a single day fly in to view the model home, giving me time to map out a floor plan for our mover’s and coordinating with our lender Fred at Tidewater! It couldn’t have gone smoother. Everything that Tracey and Jeff committed to having ready was completed. We closed on time and the movers arrived the next morning. We are now 12 weeks in and loving our beautiful home and the community around us❤️ Thank you Tracey, Jeff and Fred for making this transition to our new life and home possible Ps Tracey is like family to us…she makes everyone feel like they’re the center of her world and she’s always going the extra mile❤️

First off, the experience working with Chesepeke Homes was really special and amazing. Yes they build great quality homes for certain and Hertitage park is layed out beatifly. That initially is what attracted us to consider a new home at Heritage Park longs. The actual experience in working with tracey is what really solidified our decision. Tracey is a true talent. She without question went above and beyond to provide us with a very professional and complete experience. Tracey never once left us hanging when we had any questions or co concerns. When you ask you get results immediately and I know there were time when I found her to be very busy she without fail came through. If Tracey says something she backs up her words with swift action. A very beautiful personality and very engaging. I have talked to many people in our park that only have wonderful things to say about her and that is rare to find an individual that is so dedicated to helping people in the most genuine way possible. I could go on forever. If you or anyone you know are looking to purchase a new home it would be advisable to deal with Chesepeke homes and most definitely you will want Tracey on your team. Im being very sincere. They are amazing! ❤️

Giving 5 stars doesn’t seem to be enough for our experience with Chesapeake Homes. There are many developments to choose from when building a home, but we are confident that we made the right decision with Chesapeake Homes. From the minute we arrived and met Tracey we knew that we were in the right place. She assured us that we were in good hands. She guided us through every step of the building process. We were very concerned about having a house built in South Carolina while living in NY. Tracey was there to keep us informed and confident that we were in good hands. She worked together with our Project Manager Jeff and both were exceptional. We are now in our beautiful home and are very happy. If you are deciding about who should build your home come to Chesapeake Homes and look for the welcoming Tracey to greet you.

My partner & I cannot say enough good things about our home buying experience with Tracey G from Chesapeake Homes!!! Her experience brightly shined through in helping these "first time" home buyers from "up north" make one of the most important and significant decisions in our lives. She confidently and correctly answered all of our many, many questions and not once gave us unsolicited advice or direction. She very quickly responded to all of our many messages and not for one minute did we ever feel ignored or that we were bothering her. And bother her we did!!! She happily took us to various model/showcase homes both in Heritage Park and The Willows. And when I had a "I’m not sure moment" she patiently offered to go back for a second (and third) look!!! It is 100% because of Tracey that we felt confident in all the many decisions we made. While we love our new home we are so happy that we were lucky enough to have Tracey walk us through this process.

Our experience with Sandy at Coastal Club of the Carolinas was so easy and smooth. After welcoming us like old friends, she showed us the house we were interested in and explained the process which was without flaw. We were so happy with her efforts and with Patrick and Wade. We are very happy in our new home and community. We recommend Sandy for her professionalism and very pleasant assistance.

My husband and I recently purchased a home at The Willows. We had an excellent experience, from our initial sales visit to the final closing. We would like to extend special thank you to Tracey G. She was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the entire process and truly exceeded our expectations. Having never owned a new construction home, we can say she made the process easy. The comprehensive walk-through with Jeff Dotson, the project manager, before closing was an invaluable "added value ." It ensured that any last-minute items were satisfactorily addressed before our closing. He was great to work with. A special thanks to Fred Gordon at Tidewater Mortgage; he was great to work with and made the mortgage process a smooth transition. On a side note, the experience at the design center was horrific. This is the fourth time we have built a new home, ranging from the big market builders to local, custom home builders. Being new to the South Carolina market, we eventually discovered and settled on Chesapeake Homes after reviewing several builders. Starting with our Chesapeake Homes Sales Rep (Tracey) providing support along the way and observing the construction process throughout with our Construction Supervisor (Jeff), we had a solid team and responsive team ensuring our new home would live up to our expectations. Our new home has done just that. We had many options when it came to our interior design selections (almost to the point it could be overwhelming). During our build process 'walk-throughs', we had the opportunity to see how Chesapeake Homes provides additional structural support making the home even stronger. Working together with both Tracey and Jeff we had a smooth process from beginning to end.
