I’m going to be honest — my tenant’s furnace went out, and I didn’t have a dedicated HVAC company I trusted to call. So I Googled HVAC companies nearby, and these people popped up. I wasn’t sure if they’d get the job done or try to scam me. But they turned out to be nothing but the best. They came out the next day and handled everything. Jon kept me updated every step of the way, sharing his ETA along with videos and pictures of the work. Never met the man in person, but great salesman and consultant. I can't say enough good things about Chicago Comfort HVAC Services! After another company "fixed" my AC, it stopped working again just days later—this time leaving the lower floor and basement sweltering. I found Chicago Comfort through their stellar Google reviews, and I’m so glad I did. They’re based right here on the South Side, which was a huge plus, and they were incredibly responsive from the start. Even though their schedule was booked until Tuesday, they understood how urgent my situation was and reached out the moment an earlier slot opened up. Their pricing was also competitive—fair and transparent, not inflated like so many others. Jon Delaforet came to do the repair, and he was fantastic. Professional, clear in his explanations, great at texting updates about timing, and super quick with follow-up. He diagnosed the problem fast, ordered the parts, and came back the next day to get everything running again. My home feels comfortable again, and I finally feel like I have an HVAC company I can trust. I would absolutely recommend them to any homeowner—especially fellow South Side folks—who are tired of unreliable service and just want a company that communicates clearly, shows up, and does the job right.

HVAC (AC Repair) John and George came the same day to repair or very old AC unit. John immediately knew what was wrong. John was honest about the costs and gave us options. He had the correct part and was able to repair the AC unit within a few minutes. He offered his services for when we are ready to replace it. Thank you John and George!
