Rob has taken great care of our HVAC systems for several years. During his most recent seasonal service it became clear it was the right time to replace the almost 20-year-old AC units. Rob put together a reasonable estimate using top of the line equipment. The install crew was friendly, professional and showed up on time. They get full marks for hauling the equipment up five flights of stairs to the roof! The lead installer was clearly very experienced and kept us informed of their progress throughout the day. Overall very impressed with their service and will definitely continue to use them to take care of our HVAC systems.

I called City & Suburban Heating to have my furnaces cleaned. They told me that Rob was going out of town for a week. I asked he could come before he left, and he came two days after my call. I had forgotten to buy a furnace filter for one of the furnaces, but luckily he had it in his truck. He is very reliable and does a great job.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Rob came out the next day after me calling and quickly diagnosed the issue and was fully transparent on options and pricing. I decided on a full replacement due to age/status of the AC unit so Sam and Eddie came out two days later and took care of the entire project quickly. They were communicative and professional the entire time and provided me with all the info I needed. I’ve had experiences with other service providers in Chicagoland and can confidently say I’ll be using Rob, Sam and Eddie for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Really nice fast service. I had an issue in a rental that needed to be addressed quickly and I was able to get City and Suburban out right away. They reviewed my options and helped me make the decision between repair and replace. I would definitely call them again and plan to use them for my ongoing maintenance needs.

Recently bought a new home and the furnace had been short cycling. Their sticker was on the furnace so I called them to come out and take a look. Turns out parts needed cleaning that stopped the short cycling issue. Furnace is nearing its useful life but not yet! Thanks Rob!

Really great service. My AC went out and it was getting hot. Time from first visit to installation was just a couple of days. Really reasonable price considering how expensive these systems can get. The service was fantastic. Rob even came out to try top off the old systems to see if we could get it to cool even if just for a little bit, and didn't add that to cost. Very kind of him. And the installers were great too. It was tough hot work, but they got in there and even have it looking nice and clean. Very happy with the experience.
