C&N Heating Cooling

C&N Heating & Cooling is reliable, honest and one of the few business out there I trust. I feel like other contractors are trying to scare me into buying something I don't need just yet but not C&N. They've serviced and repaired my boiler since 2011. Highly recommended.

Chris was fantastic to work with — quick to respond, honest, and really knows his stuff. He diagnosed and fixed my boiler issue efficiently and at a fair price. I’ll definitely be using him again in the future!

Hands down the best annual furnace check up guy around. Chris meticulously inspected and cleaned the entire furnace unlike other companies I hired in the past. Great job!

We called Chris on a hot day when our AC wasn’t running well and he showed up within 30 minutes! Upon arrival, he assessed the situation and determined it was an easy (user) fix. On top of all this, he didn’t charge us for coming out. Can’t thank Chris enough and will certainly use him for our annual tune up in the fall!

Upon coming back from a week away, I found my AC was not cooling. C&N not only gave me clear instructions of what to do in the meantime to preserve my unit, but came out the same day to address the problem. My unit was back to cooling the same day! Additionally, Chris pointed out a crack in the unit’s fan blade which, if left alone, could’ve caused a failure leading to a whole unit replacement! In just a week, the new part was sourced and replaced. Thank you for the fantastic service! Will definitely use C&N for all future jobs.

My AC unit died the night before the hottest day of the year. Called around a bit and didn't receive any responses for 6 hours. I called Chris and he answered, was out of the city, and was at my house in 2 hours. Fixed the problem at a reasonable rate. Will definitely be using him going forward.

I called on a Sunday during a heat wave and he actually picked up. Chris came out Monday morning right away. He was upfront about what was going on and what he had to do. Price was also honest. I highly recommend.
