Custom Electrical Services made installing my EV charger at my townhouse a breeze! From the very beginning, they were quick with quotes, responses, and scheduling, which made the whole process incredibly easy. I was impressed by their experience working with multi-unit townhouses like mine, and the quality of their installation was perfect. They took the time to explain how everything would work and even helped me get the EV charger through the city rebate program. Overall, I highly recommend Custom Electrical Services for anyone looking for a hassle-free EV charger installation. They are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they truly go above and beyond for their customers.

I scheduled two projects with them recently: an EV charger install, and a panel surge protector install. Scheduling both was easy, and they were fast to respond to my quote request. For the EV charger install, they offered to honor a 2+ year old quote on an EV charger install which saved me $300+. The installer showed up on time and was communicative with the process. He properly pulled permits and went through a virtual inspection. The panel surge protector was even easier. During the quote request, they took previous photos that they had and gave me an immediate quote. The tech came out, on time, and was able to get it installed in less than 30 minutes. Their quoted price was $100 less than another quote I got. They've come out to fix a few issues here and there throughout the years and I cannot recommend them enough!

5 stars but beware: VERY EXPENSIVE, especially when paired with a third party intermediary like Electrum/Genesis. I have an EV charger installed and their quote was ~$500 MORE than all other quotes from licensed electricians. I thought I was getting a good deal the fist offer from Electrum/Genesis but then the actual quote was a lot more!!!. Oh well...Just bewar!

Beyond fantastic service! These guys were not only very knowledgable but a pleasure to work with. They upgraded our residential home by replacing the old 1930's knob and tube with a full modern electrical upgrade. They took the time to make sure that we had electricity when we got home from work during a multi-day project and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I have worked with a lot of service people over the years and this team was by far, the most professional that I have encountered. Special appreciation to Don for making any questions we had, easy to understand and for making the whole process enjoyable to experience.

I had an excellent experience start to finish with Custom Electrical Services. I was looking to add outlets to 3 of my bathrooms for electric bidets and reached out to them on Yelp. After getting an initial quote, an electrician came by a few days later to inspect my house to better understand the work involved. I received a final quote that same day. I got a quote from 1 other company that was slightly more expensive, and their proposed work was more invasive (cutting more holes, conduit outside the house which wouldn't be allowed by my HOA) Once I agreed to work with them they got me on the schedule the following week. 3 technicians, Brandon, Travis, and James arrived and went over the scope of work. They found that the plan by the initial electrician who came by would not work and they gave me an updated plan. They kept me updated as they were doing things, such as if the power would have to go off which it only did for a few minutes. They were absolute professionals throughout the entire process. The end result was better than I expected: the drywall damage was even less than I thought it would be considering the work involved, they got everything done in a few hours, and of course I now have outlets at my toilets for my bidets. I will certainly be reaching out to them for any upcoming electrical work in my home!

The process from requesting initial quote to getting the installation done was smooth, fast and professional. Brittany from the office was really responsive and she even shared and was able to match and bid the other quotes on same scope of work. While Jeff was professional and really friendly and got the tesla wall charger installed beautifully for us. We highly recommend this company for your electrical needs.
