Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and experienced staff. They answered all my questions, even setup my helmet with the Bluetooth headset for me. I love my new helmet. And I'll go back for more gear.

Joe at Cycle Gear was very helpful from my first phone call when I was calling around for motorcycle covers. He took the time to explain multiple options in detail, was very professional and patient. When I arrived at the store on Goldenwest in Huntington Beach, Joe welcomed me and took the time to walk around the store and show me multiple products, on which he had a real depth of knowledge. Since buying that product, I have returned to buy additional products which Joe personally explained several options, and based on my needs and budget, found me the perfect solution on three separate purchases. I will definitely be using Joe and his expertise in the future for all products relating to my motorcycle needs. We all know how hard it is to find solid customer service these days, but Joe stands out enough for me to take the time to write this review, which I seldom do. Thank you, Joe!
