Direct Improvements

I just want to start off by saying direct improvements is AMAZING. not only are they prompt, very communicative, courteous, but they are very professional. I have a home warranty with American home shield and I put a claim in for my furnace having issues. Direct improvements was dispatched and tried to repair. Eventually the home warranty approved a replacement and direct improvements came and installed the new unit. Again, they are amazing to work with! Amy, Omar, TJ and Aaron were all amazing. I highly recommend you work with them! 5 stars!!!

Omar was excellent worker he took care of the problem with professionalism and was very thorough with how things got done and made sure everything was working properly. He deserves a raise. You have a great worker in your company treat him well.

I would like to say thank you to Direct Improvement for a job well done. I was in dire need of a central air repair with the heat wave that had taken over. Direct Improvement responded to that need by providing efficient service and accurate evaluation of the problem. I must say thank you to the repair man that came to my home. He was both patient and very knowledgeable as to what was going on and quickly solved the problem. Thanks again

Thank you so much to Direct Improvements for allowing Mr.Al (i believe is his name) and his assistant Mr. Aaron to service my home with installing my Air conditioner system. Excellent company, got back to use right away to schedule an appointment. Notified us that they were running behind and told us when they would be there. Aaron came , was neat, polite fixed the issued and offer great advise. Very Happy with the service.
