I recently had a frustrating experience with this company. They incorrectly installed a switch, which has caused the lights connected to it to flicker constantly. I've called them back twice, and each time they assured me someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, three months have passed, and no one has ever shown up to resolve the issue. The lack of follow-up and service is disappointing. I expected better communication and support from a professional service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Do you expect me to render public my real identity?

Jayson and James were our electricians and did an amazing clean job! They were on-time, professional and most knowledgeable of the tasks at hand. The work areas appeared as if they were not even here, again very neat work which hold the utmost highest marks for us. We are so very pleased with Dynamo team overall from the booking of our appointment to the job work to the available payment methods they offer. We will be in touch again on any future projects !!

We finally swapped out our 19 year old 12KW Generac stand by home generator for a new 18KW one. Dynamo keep our old 12KW going over its entire lifetime. Perfect performance—from the initial visit to the project’s completion. I especially commend the two technicians. They had to negotiate tight spaces and a complex layout to install a network of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in our home. One location required them to cut a hole in a wall and crawl into a steeply angled area under our roof. When they were through, everything was working correctly and there was no mess to be found. Perfect.

We chose Dynamo to install a 22k Generac generator...and are so glad we did !!! The installation went without a hitch and the installers were professional and courteous. A week after the install we were having trouble with our dryer breaker tripping. When I called Dynamo about the problem they sent 2 technicians to our home within a few hours. We thought the problem was solved but the next morning I noticed sparks coming from the panel and a buzzing noise. Again , they promptly sent help (from Williamsburg to Gloucester where we live). Master Electrician Paul came with 2 electricians and they diagnosed the problem as basically a worn out 32 year old panel box. The way he quickly organized the replacement of the panel was amazing, a testament to his experience and expertise. The problem was not related to installing the generator, it probably had been bad for a while. We are so glad we linked up with Dynamo.
