Highly recommended Jordan and the his crew at EchoOne Adventures. Just completed installing Victron Multi-Plus Inverter/charging system into our RV to allow for full Solar charging and 110v output to the rig. From the beginning, Jordan walked thru the options with no hard sell and provide answers to my many questions. After install, we found out that one of the LiFePO4 batteries had a fault and Jordan and his team provided troubleshooting on a system I had bought direct from supplier (Note: buy all components directly from EchoOne and not off Amazon or battery websites for the best Customer Service). We ultimately decided to buy new batteries from EchoOne and completed the install. Jordan’s continues to answer my questions on operations even though the job has been complete for a few days. EchoOne pricing is very fair and reasonable and their customer service is second to none. I will be a lifelong customer for this and any future RVs…

Echo One Adventures is an incredible company! Jordan, the technician, was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to help me. He diagnosed my problem quickly and remotely. He advised me to get a larger fuse from a local NAPA automotive store. He walked me through the process of replacing the fuse and gave me other suggestions on how to improve my system. After I replaced the fuse, everything worked perfectly. If you’re considering Echo One Adventures for your RV installation or troubleshooting needs, I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. I wish Jordan lived closer to my hometown. Thank you, Jordan and Echo One Adventures!

I am really impressed by how fast Jordan and his team got my system installed. They really did an amazing new solar system on my RV. It is really nice to be able to run the AC while I am packing it up before going on a trip not even plugged up. Throughout the whole process he stayed in contact with me to make sure I knew everything he was doing. I forgot to take a picture of the new Epoch batteries and Victron II inverter and all of that but here are the solar panels.

We were camping @ the ABQBF and was having issues with one of my positive battery cables.on a Friday. I called Jordan and he offered to make me a 4/0 cable and have it available within the hour. We also were having some programming issues with our Victron. Jordan offered to remotely log into my system and check my settings and updates. He checked all the settings and updates on the various components and made some small adjustments. We are so appreciative and can’t say enough of Jordan taking care of us and getting our camper’s electrical/ solar system back up and running. Also, taking care of us in such a timely manner. What great customer service and care for his customers:)

Jordan Madrid was very pleasant professional and polite to speak With. He answered all my questions patiently and worked with me on a deadline to get the equipment installed. The installer did a very professional and clean Install.

Jordan was invited by Don of Tally Ho to assist with my inverter questions/issues. Jordan specializes in Victron equipment including solar MPPT’s and more importantly the software configuration of these systems. Jordan collaborated with Don and together with Dave time and logging into my system via my internet connection, remotely updated the system configuration and resolved all issues. The explanation of the power connection and how it all works and translates to the dashboard was down to earth and in layman terms (appreciated this!). Jordan is well versed in software configuration, all the latest OEM updates and just a real pleasure to work with resolving all issues.
