My solar panels are not producing any energy, and I’ve been trying for weeks to get help. I’ve called and left multiple messages, as well as submitted online requests, but I have not received any response. It’s very frustrating trying to find someone who will return my calls and help service my solar panels. The lack of communication and lack of support has been extremely disappointing.

Solar panels were installed on the house we bought. A hardware errors needs to be fixed by them, but they won’t respond to anything. This address is not associated with them. Left multiple voicemails and emails and it’s been radio silent. Very frustrating experience.

Updated review, they stole over 2k from me. Was told to send them the incentive check from my electric company and they would handle it to pay the bill down, come to find out that never happened causing my bill to go up. I didnt realize til years later when I went and sold my house. Don't do business with thieves.

I had issues with other solar panel companies, but once Ecolectrics took over the job I had a great experience. They explained the process, kept me updated as each step was about to take place, and were very professional and friendly. I love that they are local as well and that they were always available if I called and had a question. The other companies were from out of town and often didn't even answer their phones.

Ecolectrics did an amazing job advising us regarding ways we could save on our electric bill, no pressure and were very professional. We just got our Solar Panels live and absolutely love them. They handled everything from beginning to end and coordinated everything for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed through out the entire installation process. They helped me with my Home Owners Association. They made all appointments with CPS and The City of San Antonio for permits and inspections. My electrical box was totally fried and was a fire hazard and they fixed it all up. I am now on my way to a greener way of life!!

Ecolectrics and the energy consultant Tim are excellent! They were quick to respond to any of my questions and there was no pressure the entire time. They had the best price for quality panels out of all the solar companies that I spoke with, and they are very straightforward and honest throughout the process. I would highly recommmend!
