Luis has recently done re-roofing for my house (completed on 8th July 2023). He and his crew members did an excellent job! It passed an independent wind mitigation inspection too. He was the owner, sales person, estimator, manager and supervisor for the entire project; all in one and still he responded to my each query before starting the job and provided progress reports and final report. He was energetic and eager to take the work. He provided enough confidence level to me for selecting him for my roof replacement. His price was reasonable in comparison to the other roof companies. The additional features/services provided that, I have noticed (and I liked) and have been appreciated by my neighbors were bringing a portable toilet, portable canopy tent for his workers/employees, not playing loud music, removing the dumpster (with rubber tire) immediately after the completion of the job and putting plywood below the shingle-supplying truck to protect my driveway. He completed the job in two days (even there was heavy rain on the first day) as he promised. I would 100% recommend him to my neighbors and friends.
