Caruso Electrical Contracting

(Please read, I never write reviews) Amazing experience with Caruso Electric! If you need an electrical contractor call Angelo and his team first. Customer service is their #1 priority and it shows. I had a major electrical issue at my house and requested a service panel replacement/upgrade. After talking to Angelo I texted him pictures of my current electrical service panel. Angelo emailed a quote for expansion and replacement of my panel. The next morning Tony arrived to fully replaced my old "GE" 20 breaker panel with a "Square D" 40 breaker panel. Tony was great from start to finish very knowledgeable and takes time to explain/answer questions. Angelo and I had been texting through the process and he responds promptly. They truly care about their customers!! While Tony was onsite we reviewed a few other electrical concerns and have already scheduled a return visit to address those concerns. Below is the background on the need for replacement. The Background: I lost my 200amp breaker on the 4th of July in my electrical service panel due to corrosion (old panel), I ran my house off a generator for the day and searched Google for electrical contractors, on the 5th of July after many failed attempts to contact a electrical contractor I came across Caruso electric, Angelo picked up the phone. I told him I was without power and was requesting a full service panel replacement due to age and corrosion in the panel. He requested a few pictures, emailed a quote and scheduled Tony first thing the next day. I am completely satisfied with the product and service I received from Caruso Electric, I don't believe anyone else would have gotten to me sooner under these circumstances. I can't comment on pricing comparison, but for what I paid to have this work done, I believe I got the best deal, Angelo and his team care about their customers and I'm sure pricing for services are comparable or better than the rest. Thank you Angelo and Tony, you guys are the best!

Brian and Sean came out to install new 100 amp service. Excellent work and done in a timely manner. Appreciate the work that was done. And Angelo getting me scheduled to get this done. Highly recommended

My brother who is in rehab has been visited by his wife everyday since he's been in there. Today she came home and the temp was 81 and the wall by the thermostat was hot. She called an electrician who refused to come out, then she called Angelo. He came right out, put in a new thermostat, did not charge her. If it wasn't for Angelo, she could have had a house fire. Her Guardian Angel, named Angelo was such a kind person to do this for my sister-in-law. There should be more people on this earth like you, you have a big heart. I had an excellent experience with Caruso electrical! I would highly recommend this business for any of your electrical needs. We had a new upgraded electrical panel installed in our home. From the moment I contacted Angelo he was quick to respond, professional and highly efficient. The first time we scheduled-we asked to reschedule due to an extremely cold day and Angelo couldn’t have been more understanding and accommodating to find a time that worked for us. The price was reasonable and the work was perfect. His team was extremely polite and professional, they went above and beyond to do a great job, thank you for all of your hard work!

Great experience with Angelo and I would definitely recommend him for any electrical needs. We were looking to upgrade some old two prong outlets and he came out to give us a quote the same day I called. He gave me a good price and was back with a co-worker to complete the work the following week. All the work was completed to a high quality and I’ll definitely use Angelo’s services again in the future!

We were looking to upgrade our very old panel and after a few calls to other contactors it was clear Angelo was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. Pricing was better than expected to go from 100 to 200 amps. We were quickly booked for the upgrade a few days later. The team that showed up were professional and personable - a good combo! They got the job done quickly and left the space with no debris. With an upcoming kitchen remodel - I don't have to worry about what electrical contractor to work with - no brainer - Angelo and his team will be my first choice!
