Very professional, excellent service, and very responsive. He kept me posted on his arrival time. He recommended a more expensive fix that would have definitely fixed the problem, but suggested a cheaper solution that he felt would work and last, and then gave me the option on which route I wanted to go. Appreciated the honesty, knowing that the big electrical companies would have just opted for the more expensive fix.
